We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided;

The performance or results from using the data;

The fitness of the data for a particular purpose.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

5. Compliance and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination
